How does a child adapt to kindergarten?
Every child gets used to kindergarten differently. There are children who adapt quickly, they like to be in kindergarten, and they are ready to spend the whole day here. But there are also children who need more time to adapt. First, we ask parents to stay in kindergarten (near the administrator) and the child at this time goes to the children. Teachers and a psychologist are watching the child at this time. When they notice anxiety and fear in children’s behavior, they immediately inform their parents. And only after that they decide together how long to leave the child in kindergarten.
Is it possible to leave the child for the whole day right away?
This issue is individual and is discussed with parents. It is important to show the child that the new environment is safe, and you do not need to worry, interest the child and pay special attention to it on this day. Agree with the parents on how to act in case the child still wants to go home.
What is the temperature in kindergarten?

How to teach a child to sleep in kindergarten? What to do if a child does not want to sleep in kindergarten?
Psychologists and physiologists recommend resting the child’s nervous system for better functioning of the body during the next time of the child’s activity.
We have a relaxation hour, during this time the child does not have to sleep, but he or she can just relax, lie down and listen to soothing music, or a quiet fairy tale.
There is also an option when the child goes to another room and spends this time with a teacher or psychologist.
What to do if the child does not eat what is offered in kindergarten?
We find out the taste preferences of the child. We offer parents a choice of four different menus and try to choose the best option for their child.
Often children in a kindergarten start eating even those foods that they refuse to eat at home because they see that other children eat it with pleasure.
If the child still does not like the food offered by the kindergarten, we consider the option of home-cooked food in the lunch box, which children can bring from home (we have the opportunity to store it at the appropriate temperature or reheat it if necessary).
What will my child know and be able to do at the end of the year?
